Terms of
Service.
Last updated: April 2026
By using Attune, you agree to these terms. They exist to be fair to both sides — to protect you as a user and to allow Attune to operate responsibly. They are written to be read, not buried.
What Attune is.
Attune is an AI relationship companion. It is a tool for self-reflection, communication support, and emotional regulation — not a clinical service, therapy platform, or crisis resource.
By using Attune, you confirm you understand this distinction. For the full picture of what Attune is and isn't, read our Disclaimer.
Who can use Attune.
You must be 18 or older to use Attune. By creating an account, you confirm that you are.
Attune is currently available by application during a limited beta period. Access is at our discretion.
Your account.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share access with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@heyattune.app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in any harmful behaviour toward the service or other users.
How you may use Attune.
Attune is for your personal use. You may not:
— Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of Attune or Grace.
— Use Attune to harm, harass, or deceive others.
— Misrepresent what Attune is to third parties.
— Use Attune for any unlawful purpose.
Conversations with Grace are for your own reflection. They are not professional records and should not be treated as such.
Payments and subscriptions.
Attune is currently free during the beta period. When paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be clearly communicated before any charge is made.
You will never be charged without explicit notice and your agreement.
Intellectual property.
Attune, Grace, and everything within the product — the design, the name, the experience — belong to Attune. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of any part of the product.
What you write in your conversations belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your words.
Limitation of liability.
Attune is provided as is. We do our best to make it reliable, honest, and genuinely useful — but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or right for your specific situation.
We are not liable for decisions you make based on conversations with Grace, outcomes in your relationships, or any indirect consequences of using the product.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms as Attune grows. When something material changes, we will let you know. Continued use of Attune after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
